Not sure what to buy? Complete our short questionnaire and we'll recommend and source gifts based on your recipient, occasion and budget.

Your service fee includes:

Personal consultation questionnaire
Gift research and sourcing
A curated selection of gift suggestions
Purchasing and coordination
Quality check before dispatch
Gift presentation
Handwritten gift message (if requested)

Additional revisions or requests to source significantly different items will incur an additional service fee, which we'll discuss with you before proceeding.

The cost of the gifts and shipping is charged separately.

How It Works

1. Choose the gift sourcing service that best suits your needs and complete checkout.
2. Once your service fee has been paid, you'll receive our Gift Sourcing Questionnaire to complete.
3. We'll review your responses and source a curated selection of gifts based on your recipient, budget and preferences.
4. We'll send you your personalised gift proposal, including a clear breakdown of the gift costs and shipping.
5. If you'd like us to prepare a new selection of recommendations, additional sourcing revisions are available for A$15 per revision.
6. Once you've approved the proposal and paid the invoice for the gifts and shipping, we'll purchase the items, prepare your gift and arrange dispatch.

Payment

The service fee is payable before sourcing begins.
The cost of the gifts and shipping must be paid before purchases are made.
We are unable to purchase items until full payment has been received.
Gift prices are based on supplier pricing at the time of sourcing. While we do our best to maintain quoted prices, occasional price changes or stock availability may require substitutions or revised quotations before purchase.

Timeframes

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for sourcing, plus supplier and shipping times.

If you need your gift sooner, we offer a Rush Service (subject to availability).

Rush Fee: A$30

Rush orders are prioritised and sourcing will usually commence within one business day.

Shipping & Timeframes

Many of the gifts we source are purchased from Australian retailers and need to be delivered to us before we can quality check, wrap and prepare your gift.

Delivery times from suppliers vary and are outside our control. While we'll always aim to source from retailers with prompt dispatch where possible, supplier processing and shipping times may affect the overall turnaround.

Our standard sourcing timeframe is 3–5 business days. Once you've approved your gift selection and paid the invoice, please allow additional time for the sourced items to arrive at our studio before your gift can be packaged and dispatched.

If your gift is required by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order. We'll advise whether your timeframe is achievable and, where available, offer our Rush Service. Please note that while we can prioritise our own sourcing and packaging, we cannot guarantee delivery times from third-party suppliers or couriers.

Refunds

Because this is a personalised service, service fees are non-refundable once sourcing has commenced.

Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy under the law, those rights will always apply.
