Shipping Policy

While we accept orders from many world wide regions, we currently only ship to Australian addresses.  If you would like to enquire about overseas shipping, please contact us at hello@softlightcollective.com.au and we will do our best to assist where possible.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Australia: 3–15 business days

Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all individual items except gift boxes.

Shipping for all gift boxes and surprise boxes is $10 Australia-wide

Shipping for Personal Shopper items will be confirmed with customers individually based on product choice size, distance and weight.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking where available. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
