📦 Packaging Information

To help keep your gift box affordable and postage costs as low as possible, many items are carefully packed without their original retail packaging. This also allows us to fit more lovely surprises into your box while reducing unnecessary waste.

If you'd prefer your items to be supplied in their original packaging, please visit our Personal Gift Shopper service instead. There, you can let us know your packaging preferences, and we'll source and package your order accordingly.
